1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email address, organization name). We also collect usage data — which pages you visit, actions taken within the application, and error logs — to improve the product. We do not collect payment card information directly; payments are processed by Stripe.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to provide and improve the Rink Reserve service, send transactional emails (schedule changes, notifications), respond to support requests, and process billing. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Data isolation
Each hockey association's data is completely isolated from other associations using row-level security enforced at the database level. Your teams, ice slots, contracts, and schedules are never visible to other organizations.
4. Data retention
Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data remains in the system on the free tier. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting support.
5. Third-party services
We use Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payment processing), and Resend (transactional email). Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We share only the minimum data necessary to provide the service.
6. Cookies
We use cookies to maintain your login session. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies are used.
