Billing questions

What happens at the end of my trial?

After the 30-day Pro trial, your account moves to the Starter free plan. Your data is never deleted. You can upgrade any time.

Can I switch between monthly and annual?

Yes — use the Billing Portal in Settings to switch. When switching to annual, you'll be credited for any unused time on the monthly plan.

What if we downgrade and have more teams than the tier allows?

Existing teams are never removed. You simply can't add new teams beyond the limit. This gives you time to upgrade or consolidate at your own pace.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits?

Minor hockey associations are often not-for-profit. Contact us — we can work something out.
